GENRA.

Privacy Policy

Effective August 3, 2026

Genra is a streaming app for original vertical dramas, made for iPhone. This policy describes what data the app handles and why. The short version: Genra has no user accounts, collects no names, emails, or phone numbers, shows no ads, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

What we collect

What we don’t do

Who processes data for us

Genra runs on a small number of infrastructure providers who process data solely on our behalf: Supabase (database and anonymous authentication), Cloudflare (video and image delivery), and Apple (payments and subscription notifications). None of them may use your data for their own purposes.

Retention and deletion

Your data lives only under your anonymous ID. If you delete the app, that ID is abandoned and nothing new is ever recorded. To have the data behind your installation deleted, contact us at pk@genra.tv and we will remove it.

Children

Genra is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we hold no identity data, most requests are satisfied by the deletion process above — but write to us and we will help: pk@genra.tv.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
